Scrumptious Crockpot Chicken & Potatoes

I LOVE set-it-and-forget-it recipes. This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prep and then it’s ready to go at dinner time, just serve and enjoy. I enjoy using chicken because of its versatility. There are so many options with chicken that your possibilities are endless. This means that it’s easily adaptable to all of your picky-eater’s preferences! Every mom loves that, a recipe they can tailor to their family.

You can add on to the recipe by adding your favorite vegetables (peas, corn, or carrots) and even try it using pasta or rice instead of potatoes. Potatoes are a big favorite here in our home so it’s usually a go-to. But the flexibility of this recipe is sure to make it a regular choice for your busy home as it is for ours.

Scrumptious Crockpot Chicken & Potatoes
This chicken & potatoes recipe is my take on homemade stroganoff type recipes. I prefer chicken over beef and this recipe creates a delicious, creamy meal that is sure to be a favorite comfort food. Plus, the kids love it too!
Oh the dreaded question. What's for dinner? Well tonight, it's chicken!

Oh the dreaded question. What's for dinner? Well tonight, it's chicken!
Instructions
  1. Dice potatoes and place them in your crock pot.
  2. Pour cream of chicken & cream of celery soup over potatoes.
  3. Add in vegetables (optional).
  4. Lay chicken on top of soup and potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle salt & peper over top of chicken.
  6. Set crock pot to low and cook for 4-5 hours.
Recipe Notes
  • You can bread the chicken as well if you choose too.
  • Feel free to add/remove ingrediets and let me know how it turns out! I'm always looking to try new meals.
