Crock Pot Pepper Steak
Pepper steak is a huge hit in our house. Such a big hit, in fact, it usually makes it to our meal plan monthly. By cooking in my crock pot, my steak comes out super tender and full of flavor.
With this pepper steak recipe, you can easily make double or triple what the recipe calls for. If you plan on making freezer meals, you may even be able to get a deal on your sirloin and save money for next month! Just bag and freeze enough for each additional meal once it is done and cooled.
When you are ready to prepare your freezer meal, all you have to do is dump the bag into the crockpot and set it on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 4-5 hours.
This pepper steak is a necessity in our house. My boys absolutely love steak, and it can be difficult to find new ways to dress it up and make it more interesting. Let’s be honest, it’s kinda like cooking ground beef. You only know about 2 different ways to make it, and get sick of those pretty quick.
