30 Days of Me Day 3: My Animals

Join me for 30 Days of fun & interesting facts about me. Get to know the girl behind the blog!

Thanks for coming back for Day 3 of my 30 Days of Me blog series. I’m doing this series so that my followers can get to know a bit more about me, plus it’s kind of fun to dig into myself a little more. We often forget who are when we become moms or start college or work, or all of the above.

If you’re a blogger joining in and you’d like to take the 30 Days of Me challenge, just make your own 30 Days of Me graphic and write your first post. Make sure you link back to me on Day 1, so others know where you got the challenge, and leave me a comment with your post link so I can follow your journey also!

#30DaysofMe Day 3: A Picture of Your Animals

Todays #30DaysofMe challenge is about my pets. Well, I don’t actually have pets. Wait, can I count my kids?!? Sometimes I think pets would be easier. Haha (I really am kidding, I love my littles). We did have pets at one point in time, so I’m going to share those lovelies with you because they were freaking adorable.

Oops, those are the kids, not the pets. Hang on, haha.

This is Steve. He was my son’s cat. We ended up having to rehome him after having him for almost 2 years because we had to move and no longer could have pets. Steve was Aiden’s cat and over 2 years later he still talks about this orange fluffball.

Steve was a very strange cat, and for some reason always wanted to tear down my sunflower Aiden had grown for me.

Moose the Dog

After having Steve for a short time, we decided to get a puppy (yeah, crazy idea). We got this gorgeous boy named Moose when he was 8-weeks-old. He also ended up having to go when we had to move. Luckily I was able to stay in touch with his new family for quite a while after his leaving.

Oh, my goodness, I love this smart little sh** so freaking much. Giving him up was the hardest thing I’d done.

Needless to say, Steve & Moose got along pretty great. I do miss both of them, although I’m sure my son misses them even more than I do.
