It is an honor to have been nominated for the Liebster Award by Vee at The Lovely Who. Thanks again Vee for the nomination, I’m glad to accept the Liebster Award and pass it on to five other bloggers.
I did a little research on my own into the award, having only just heard of it, and there isn’t much to find. I was able to find a lot of award acceptance posts, but I did run into The Global Aussie, who updates his rules and nominations for the Liebster Award every year. You can find his Offical Rules here. You’re encouraged to comment on his official rules post with your award acceptance post and share it even further.
Based on my findings, the award is only internet based. It offers a way for new bloggers to network and be recognized by other blogs. I think it’s an awesome idea and I gladly accept this award.
Now, on to answer the questions for my Liebster Award posed by Vee:
Where are you from?
I’m from Western New York. I’m not the biggest fan, but if I left there would definitely be a few things I would miss. The pizza here is like no other, same with the chicken wings. If you’ve never had a chicken finger sub from around here, you’re missing out.
What is your favorite food?
This is a tough one. I would probably have to say that my favorite food is chicken fingers. Or pizza logs. It’s a toss up. Those are definitely my go-to foods if I don’t know what I want. Picking a favorite food is so tough. If we’re talking made at home food it would be Pepper Steak, for sure.
What do you hope to get from your blog?
My blog, to me, is a creative outlet and a way for me to share knowledge. I’m a helper by nature and I want to help so many people. While I am going to school to get a degree, I would love to be able to turn my blog into a full-time job. I love being home with my boys.
Money or Fame?
I’d choose money. I could think of so many things I could do with money to help myself and others. Fame isn’t important to me. I’m too shy and introverted to be famous. Although, I do want to become a novelist. I guess fame come with that. But I’d rather have the money. How materialistic of me.
What is one thing you regret?
This is the toughest question of them all. My biggest regret would probably be not waiting to start college. I started college right after high school. Because well, that’s what you’re supposed to do right? Not a great idea. I wasn’t positive on my major, I wanted to do so many different things. I didn’t actually find my true passion until 4 years ago. But I had already been in school for 3 years. Now I’m paying for that, literally. And I will be for a long time.
