Hey there! Happy hump day to all of you! So today is June 21st. It’s the official first day of summer!! (Yes, that’s my favorite part!) It’s my son’s last day of school for the summer. And we only have 9 more days left in the challenge. I hope you’ve been enjoying learning more about me! Now let’s get back to it.
My #30DaysofMe Challenge is starting to come to a wrap and it’s a little bit sad. But I hope you’ve learned a lot about me. Sure, you can get to know me a little on my about me page, or by reading my posts regularly. But sometimes you just don’t get the details of what I really am like. This writing challenge has been a ton of fun, and sometimes a little bit difficult even.
If you’re a blogger joining in and you’d like to take the 30 Days of Me challenge, just make your own 30 Days of Me graphic and write your first post. Make sure you link back to me on Day 1, so others know where you got the challenge, and leave me a comment with your post link so I can follow your journey also!
The People that Make Me Happy
Happiness comes in many forms for me. I have learned to enjoy my own company and find hobbies that I like. I’ve always had an easy time entertaining myself and seeing the bright side. Although optimism can be hard to come by sometimes. So what do I do when the shadow falls? What are some things that make me happy? I couldn’t ever pick just one, to be honest. So here are some pictures of things that make me happy.
This man is one of the biggest sources of happiness for me. Kenny has been such an amazing best friend and boyfriend. I don’t ever have to worry if he’ll have my side on something or protect me when I need him to. I know, I talk about him all the time but he does make me truly happy. It’s great to remind myself of his generosity and love on a daily basis. I am so happy I get to spend the rest of my life with my very best friend.
Aiden is such an incredible little boy. He is so smart and sensitive. I love it all. Although we sometimes struggle to get along, I love this boy with all of my heart. He makes me proud to be his mom and that makes me happy. It’s so hard to watch him turn into his own little person. Why can’t they just stay small and attached to us?
This little man is the most kind and generous 4-year-old I have ever met. How can one little boy make so many people so happy? Austin always has a funny story and can make you laugh in an instant. While he’s a little on the wild side, he’s such a happy boy with a ton of love to give.
The Things that Make Me Happy
Now that my most important happiness bringers are mentioned, there are a few material things that make me happy as well.
